Our standard

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, the standard referenced by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) for digital accessibility.

What we do

Accessibility is ongoing work, and here is what that looks like for us: we provide descriptive alternative text for product images so screen readers can describe what's on the page; we keep the site fully zoomable for low-vision visitors; we support keyboard navigation, including a skip-to-content link and managed focus in menus and the cart; and we run regular automated and manual accessibility reviews against WCAG 2.1 AA. We also offer an accessibility widget (bottom corner of every page) with options like larger text, higher contrast, and reduced motion.
